Atlas Copco to accumulate Lewa and Geveke

Atlas Copco has agreed to buy Lewa GmbH and Geveke BV and their subsidiaries from Japan’s Nikkiso Co Ltd in a €670 million deal.
Founded in 1952, Germany’s Lewa manufactures diaphragm metering pumps, process pumps and full metering systems. The company employs around 1200 people and had 2021 revenues of €233 million.
“Lewa has an extended tradition of supporting clients and developing main industrial move know-how for efficient, precise and secure handling of fluids,” said Andrew Walker, president of Atlas Copco’s Power Technique Business Area. “Through this acquisition we are building our presence and expertise providing inside optimistic displacement pumps.”
เกจวัดแรงดันราคา , which was founded in 1874, distributes compressors and engineers advanced and complicated process pump installations. The firm is headquartered in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, has 173 staff and had revenues of roughly €61 million in 2021.
“Geveke has sturdy engineering capability, providing full industrial pump options from concept to commissioning,” stated Atlas Copco’s Walker.
The acquisition is anticipated to be accomplished during the second quarter 2022.
The major part of the acquired companies will have its base in the Power and Flow division within Atlas Copco’s Power Technique Business Area and a smaller half will join the Service division inside Atlas Copco’s Compressor Technique Business Area.
