Over £10k raised for family of pupil killed in suspected hit-and-run

Over £10,000 has been collected to help the household of Joshua Lloyd Roberts, a 19-year-old scholar who tragically handed away after a suspected hit-and-run incident in Caeathro, Gwynedd. Joshua, a second-year sports activities performance evaluation scholar at Cardiff Metropolitan University, was found on Ffordd Waunfawr on June 2. The police arrested a 19-year-old man on suspicion of causing dying by harmful driving, failing to stop after a collision, and failing to report a collision. The suspect has since been released on bail.
Joshua’s household expressed their heartbreak, remembering him as somebody who “always had a stunning smile on his face.” Osian Tudur, a detailed friend of Joshua since their school days, described him as “popular and likeable.” A Go Fund Me web page was set as much as help assist the family, with the initial goal of £1,000 being surpassed in simply over 24 hours as the whole reached £10,000.
